Laser welding machine is a type of laser welding machine that uses a solid-state laser to generate pulsed laser with a wavelength of 1064nm. After beam expansion, reflection, and focusing, the laser radiates the surface of the workpiece, and the surface heat is guided to the interior for diffusion through thermal conduction. By accurately controlling the width, energy, peak power, and repetition frequency of the laser pulse through digitization, the workpiece is melted to form a specific molten pool, thereby achieving laser welding of the workpiece and achieving precision welding that cannot be achieved by traditional processes.
